itworks offers two main services: Consulting and Internet Development.

While many of our clients use both services, we have chosen to separate them into their own distinct areas to highlight the different modes of thinking required to deliver each service. Consulting includes any non-Internet based work such as bespoke software development, data conversions, requirements analysis, etc. Internet Development, on the other hand, is just that - development of applications and services that operate on the Internet. Often today the bespoke system must be available via the nternet, so our approach is integrated.

Projects conducted under either service offering require many of the same skills, e.g. project management, budgeting, quality control, etc. This is why all of our staff have the key skills required to run complex projects and all of our projects are run according to a strict (but flexible) methodology.
